Please help.. exercise routines for hips and thighs!?

Posted by admin

I am a female trying to loose weight from my hips and thighs and obviously need to do exercise for these targeted areas to tone up.

Can anyone give me any tips or exercise routines that will help with my toning up other than the straight forward sit up? I do have an exercise ball but don't really no what to do with it!

Many thanks

This site has a pretty thorough workout, but some of the exercises include a medicine ball.

Here is a different article about using the ball in a workout.

And here are a bunch of exercises with the stability ball.

And I am right there with you on trying to tone without the repetitive sit ups. Also, I try to add some form of cardio too. I like biking and walking, but I am trying to get into running as well. Good luck!
