I was wondering what would be the best way to lose weight through exercise. I want to lose about 20kg currently 96kg and have begun to change my eating habits but I want to begin some sort of exercise routine to help me lose more weight and to help strengthen my muscles as well.
always burn more calories that you take in. so if you don't exercise.. only eat what will gain you enough energy to do what you will be doing for the day. do some cardio (running, aerobics) one day then do weight training the next. do you get the fit channel? they have sooo many different work out routines AND healthy recipie ideas. find something FUN.. or you might get bored.

Okay, I know the basics to losing weight. Eat healthy, less calories than you burn, exercise, etc. Anyway, I’ve always been a little chubby. People may not be able to tell with my clothes on, if I wear the right ones for my body, but I want a flat stomach without any fat on it as well as slim legs. I’m one of those people that have a tire around my waist. My hips are smaller than my waist…it’s sad
But I REALLY want a flat, toned stomach, more than anything. I need to get rid of the fat all around my belly, sides (love handles) and a little back fat. So has anyone been in the same situation and can tell me some specific things to do to reach my goal? PLEASE HELP!
Crunches and cardio (walking, swimming, or dancing). You have to do both, since cruches build up the muscles underneath. You need to do cardio to burn the rest of the fat off. Workout one hour at least three times a week. Good luck!
