How can I stop being so distracted by the computer so I can do my much needed stretching/exercise routines?
Posted by adminPlease help with any tips, I really have become addicted to the computer.
Also any tips like looking at my goal every day or things like that would be much appreciated, thanks!
As with anything else in life you have got to make it (exercise) a priority. Replace exercise for computer work and you’ll be correcting undesirable behavior with desirable behavior.

Stop asking questions on Y!A about how to not be distracted should help you become less distracted.

you need to do your streching/exercise routines in a room in your house where there isn’t a computer in sight. the computer can only distract you if you are in the same room as it so that you can see it. if you can’t see the computer, then it can’t distract you.

This is what i do, imagine a lot of fat people unable to do things on their own and how disgusting they look and how you would look if you become fat.. This usually does the job for me. Once u start exercising for 30 days, it becomes a routine and you’ll get better at it

4 months ago i started working out alot. I had the same problem as you. I couldnt keep off the computer. So, i started taking away my computer time by getting work out books, and reading up alot about how to best work out. It intrigued my interest so much, that i probably spend about 2 hours a week total on the computer now. Ive lost 21 pounds, and feel a whole lot better now that i work out alot.
