    Your right about the mind set. It is a struggle at times for me still.
    I do best when I treat myself well and go out and buy special healthy things that I’d not normally buy to eat…all kinds of fruits and vegetables…fill my cart with colors..
    I just try to make daily good choices..

    I thought it would be a sacrifice too, I tried diets and failed, I assumed I had no willpower which made me feel even worse about myself.I think it’s so important to find the foods and exercise that you enjoy instead of forcing yourself to eat things you don’t like or do exercise that feels like a chore just coz its healthy. Pilates is the only exercise I’ve found that I love to do and since I’ve been eating healthy foods I don’t even miss or want the fatty foods I thought I could never give up.
